| Some dolls, like Betsy McCall, Muffie, and Madame Alexander's Wendy, have a unique, easily-recognizable face. Many others were made from just a few basic molds: the Beehler/Fortune (Pam)/PMA/Virga/Elite Vicki head, and the various Ginger heads, especially the Big-Eyed Ginger head. Another commonly used head was the "Neither-Ginger-Nor-Pam" head used by A&H and Active's Mindy and others. |

VINYL-HEAD DOLLS Effanbee's Fluffy and Deluxe Reading's Suzie are unique. Other than that, all the teens are very similar if not identical, and most of the child heads are quite similar. The vinyl Ginger head, in particular, seems to have been used by a number of doll-makers.
